Our story
From home repairs to a trusted IT partner
OnBoardIT was established in 2009 with a simple idea: honest, dependable computer help for people in Durban. Our first clients were home users with slow laptops, viruses and broken screens.
Word of mouth did the rest. Home users brought us into their workplaces, and over the years we were selected as the IT service provider for larger companies and organisations around Durban. Along the way we added website design, hosting, POS systems, custom business software and branding, because our clients kept asking us to.
Climbing the ladder hasn't always been easy, and technology never stands still. Keeping up with it is part of the job, and it has made us better at troubleshooting and quicker at finding the right answer for each client.
